About BTL Engineering Services

In 1976, Larry Brown founded Brown Testing Laboratories, Inc. to support the Tampa Bay areas need for professional construction materials testing. Since then we have rebranded to BTL Engineering Services, Inc. and now service the entirety of Florida as a fully certified geotechnical engineering lab.

We’re proud to provide our services to the private and public sectors of the construction, engineering, and property insurance communities throughout the state of Florida. We have been giving a sound mind to property buyers, builders, and owners across the peninsula.
